Grease ﬁ lter maintenance:

1. Unplug the appliance or disconnect the

power supply.

2. Remove the grease ﬁ lters: pull the spring

release handle, then remove the ﬁ lter

downwards.

3. After cleaning the grease ﬁ lter, remount

in reverse order ensuring the entire

extraction surface is covered.

Charcoal ﬁ lter maintenance

1. Remove the grease ﬁ lter (see the

“grease ﬁ lters” section).

2. Place the charcoal ﬁ lter on the grease

ﬁ lter.

3. Lock the charcoal ﬁ lter in position using

the corresponding metal stops, to be

inserted on the frameholes.

4. Reﬁ t the grease ﬁ lter with the charcoal

ﬁ lter.

Unlike traditional charcoal ﬁ lters, this

charcoal ﬁ lter can be washed and

reactivated.

With normal hood use, the ﬁ lter should

be cleaned once a month. The best way

to clean the ﬁ lter is in a dishwasher at

the highest temperature possible, using a

normal dishwasher detergent.

To avoid particles of food or dirt settling on

the ﬁ lter during washing and giving rise to

unpleasant smells, it is advisable to wash

the ﬁ lter on its own. After washing, dry the

ﬁ lter in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes to

reactivate it.

The ﬁ lter will retain its odour-absorbing

capacity for three years, after which it will

have to be replaced.

Lamp maintenance

1. Disconnect the hood from the electric

power supply.

2. Insert the blade of a small ﬂ at

screwdriver where indicated by the

three points, and with a gentlepressure

remove the light cover from its position.

3. Remove the faulty lamp and replace

with a new one. Only use 20W MAX -

G4 halogen lamps.

4. Replace the cover (spring lock system).

IMPORTANT: make sure you don’t touch the

lamp with your hands.
